11. The Data Processing House is responsible for electronic process designing and statistical analysis in data research.

12. The Publishing House is responsible for editing, printing, storage, publishing, exchange and bestowal of the published books.

13. Within the Secretariat, there are one chief director and one associate-chief-director, three to five secretaries, one director and working staffs. According to our business scope, we work in groups, within which one group leader is appointed. The president appoints chief directors, associate-chief-directors, secretaries, directors, group leaders and staffs at all ranks.

14. The president engages one to five research consultants in accordance with academic demands.

15. The president engages businessmen and scholars to run various kind of Advisory Committee.

16. The president supervises all research centers and groups in accordance with our business scope, and distributes related HR to compose it.

17. The personnel establishment will be drawn up by the president and finally assessed by the board.

18. These regulations will be enforced on assessment by the board.
